Easy Cheesy Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound fish fillets
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 /4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated fat-free flavored cheese product
Directions
Place fillets in a single layer in baking casserole.
Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
Top with onions.
Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Uncover and bake 4 to 6 minutes more, until browned.
