Easy Carob Pie Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups crumbs of Basic Honey Cookies
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 recipe Basic Carob Pudding, chilled
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Directions
In a medium-size bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter.
Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Whisk chilled pudding until smooth, and turn into pie shell.
In a medium-size bowl, beat together cream, honey, and flavoring until soft peaks form.
Spread on top of pudding.
Cover or wrap, and refrigerate.
