Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add the lettuce and tomatoes
2) Cover with cling wrap and keep in the refrigerator to chill
3) Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon zest, ground pepper, parmesan cheese in the food processor
4) Blend in for about 30 seconds
5) Through the stream add in the canola oil in a fine stream till smooth
6) Pour this over the salad and add the croutons
7) Toss the salad
8) Top with more parmesan cheese

SERVING
9) Serve the salad immediately
