Easy Butter Rum Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 package creamy white frosting mix (for 2-layer cake)
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
In saucepan brown the butter; remove from heat.
Blend in corn syrup and about half the frosting mix; add remaining mix and gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in rum and nuts.
