Ingredients

2 c. boiling water

1 (5 oz.) pkg. red Jello (I like raspberry)

1 c. vanilla ice cream

2 c. frozen berries (any combination)

1 angel chiffon cake

2-3 bananas

1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

1/2 c. powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water in medium-sized bowl.
Add ice cream and stir until dissolved.
Add frozen berries.
Pour contents of bowl into trifle dish or deep glass bowl being careful to not splash on the sides.
Let set until Jello is set.
If your berries were frozen, this only takes 5-10 minutes.
Break chiffon cake into bite-sized pieces and lay the pieces on the top of the Jello.
Slice bananas on top of the cake.
Prepare pudding and 3 cups milk by beating or whisking for 2 minutes.
Wait for one minute before pouring pudding.
You should be able to pour it, but if it is too runny, the cake gets soggy.
Pour pudding on top of bananas and cake.
Whip cream and add powdered sugar and vanilla or use Cool Whip to spread on top of the pudding.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
You will need a long spoon that will reach to the bottom of the bowl so that you can reach the berries on the bottom.
