Easy Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewing beef | 1 pound | |
| Turnip | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Potatoes | 2 | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Green beans - 1/2 cup, cut up | ||
| Peas | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery leaves | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper - 1/4 teaspon | ||
| Beef broth | 1 Quart | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the meat, vegetables and seasonings.
2) Pour the broth all over the contents of the cooker.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
