Easy Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons beef drippings | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 1 cup sliced cooked carrots | ||
| 1 cup cooked diced potatoes | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups beef gravy | ||
| 2 cups cubed cooked roast beef | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
1. Heat drippings in a 2-quart glass baking dish in microwave oven (20 to 30 seconds at HIGH).
2. Add onion to drippings. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at HIGH.
3. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, to dish with onion; mix. Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave oven 8 minutes at HIGH, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
