Easy Aspic Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 packages lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Hot water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasoned tomato sauce | 2 8 Ounce | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Stir the gelatin in hot water to dissolve.
2) Stir in the vinegar, seasonings and tomato sauce, mix well.
3) In individual molds or a 6-cup mold, pour the mixture and refrigerate until set.
SERVING
4) Unmould over fresh salad greens and serve immediately.
