Easy Apple Berry Crumble Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Quick oats | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 10 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Can apple pie filling | 1 21 Ounce | |
| Dried cranberries | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat an 8- or 9-inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and baking soda. Add melted butter; mix well. Set aside 3A cup of the oat mixture for topping. Press the remaining oat mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool slightly on a wire rack.
3. Using the same bowl, stir together pie filling, cranberries, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spoon the filling over the hot crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle evenly with the reserved oat topping.
4. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown
