Roasted Whole Chicken Recipe Video
Roast chicken in this easy way and its yummy too.
Ingredients
Whole chicken
Whole Onion
Cilantro
Potatoes
Carrots
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees while preparing chicken.
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Salt inside and outside of the chicken.
Stuff Cilantro inside the chicken.
Stuff the whole onion into the chicken.
Cut about 4 potatoes into 1/8 wedges, place the potato wedges around the chicken.
Peel about 3-4 carrots and cut them diagonally.
Place the carrot around the chicken along with the potatoes.
Season outside of the chicken and veggies with salt and pepper according to taste.
Cover the dish with another oven safe dish or use aluminum foil.
Place the baking dish into the oven- preheated to 375 degrees and bake for about an hour.
After 1 hour remove the cover and bake for another 20 minutes.
****** Make sure the chicken is cooked properly before eating. You can tell chicken is done when the juice that comes out is no longer pink.
