Mint Pea Soup Recipe Video
Easter is just around the corner. In addition to dressing up in bunny suits and hiding colorful eggs for the little ones, we are also trying to figure out what to put together for our Easter meal. I am excited to be joining in my first food battle in preparation for this wonderful meal. It was a silly and fun way to get the creative juices flowing and the result is a great Easter meal that is both healthy and easy to make. I am battling a friend of mine from YouTube named Tony who lives in New York with his wife and two daughters. I am excited to see what he will be bringing to the table.
The first course on the Charlie Q Force menu is a magical mint pea soup with real crab meat. This is a dish that you can easily make ahead of time and freezes beautifully in case you want to make it in bulk and enjoy it after Easter is over.
