Ingredients
2 cups Basic White Frosting, softened
1 tablespoon unsweetened frozen grape juice concentrate or a few drops natural red food coloring
2 9-inch layers Lady Baltimore Cake
1/4 cup raisins 6 almond slivers
How to make Easter Bunny Cake
In a medium-size bowl, beat together white frosting and grape juice concentrate or food coloring.Cut 1 cake layer as shown in illustration.
Use second, uncut cake for body.
Assemble cake as shown in illustration, using a little frosting to fasten pieces together.
Frost entire bunny.
Use 2 raisins for eyes and 1 for the nose.
On each side of the nose, place 3 almond slivers for whiskers.
Make an outline of a bow tie and vest with remaining raisins.
