Easter Baklava Recipe Video

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
MAKING
2) Take a mixing bowl and mix the chopped walnuts with sugar and cinnamon.
3) Take a baking tray and spread the phyllo dough sheet. Layer the butter on this sheet. Lay the other sheet and again brush with butter. Repeat the same.
4) Pour the walnut mixture and spread evenly. Put another sheet and then apply butter. Cover with another sheet.
5) Cut the phyllo dough sheet diagonally into strips.
6) Keep the baklava in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour until it is golden brown.
6) Making Sugar Syrup - Take 3 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
SERVING
7) Pour the sugar syrup over baklava and serve.
