| Turkey stock | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Canned mushrooms | 6 Ounce | |
| Cubed cooked turkey | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Apple | 1 Large | |
| Canned water chestnuts | 5 Ounce | |
| Chopped pimento | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Finely chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |

Directions
Saute until tender; stir in flour until smooth.
Add stock and mushrooms.
Mix turkey, apple, water chestnuts, pimento, parsley, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Add to flour mixture; stir well.
Heat through.
