East Indian Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Mint | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Parsely | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Unflavored, low fat yogurt - 1 cup | ||
| Cucumber | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a small bowl, put in all the ingredients and mix well.
