Easy Three Cheese Fondue Recipe
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced fat milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (Mild Or Sharp, 2 Cups)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, cut into cubes (1 Package)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||6 Drop|
|Assorted fresh vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Dipping)|

Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.

Stir milk into saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil, stirring constantly, about 1 minute or until thickened.
Reduce heat to low; add cheeses, stirring until melted.
Stir in red pepper and pepper sauce.
Pour fondue into serving dish.
