Dutch Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 Tsp. vinegar
 
1 Egg lightly beaten
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
2 Boiled diced potatoes
 
3 Slices bacon (optional)
 
1/2 Cup chopped onion
 
1/2 Cup chopped capsicum
 
1 Tsp. sugar
 
2 Hard boiled eggs.

Directions

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan.
Add onion and chopped capsicum, and cook for 3-4 mins.
Put in salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and beaten egg,and cook for a while.
Add diced potatoes and boiled eggs cut in halves.
Blend very lightly, and serve with the eggs on top.
Serve hot.
