Ingredients

 
1 potato per person
 
A dutch oven with lid, a pan that fits inside the oven.
 
Optional:
 
Foil for wrapping potatoes, butter, sea salt, yogurt

Directions

Scrub the potatoes.
Puncture the skins.
Oil lightly, wrap in foil if desired.
Place the potatoes in the pan.
If the potatoes are not wrapped, oil the pan and add a little water.
Place pebbles in the bottom of the dutch oven.
Place the pan of potatoes on the pebbles.
Cover and set the dutch oven into hot coals.
Place hot coals on the lid too.
Bake about an hour.
