Dutch Tarragon Dip Recipe
Ingredients
6 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon Lighten- Up Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced sweet red peppers
1 tablespoon minced green peppers
1 tablespoon minced celery
2 teaspoons minced shallots
2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon tarragon sprigs (garnish)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, red peppers, green peppers, celery, shallots, and tarragon.
Place in a serving container, garnish with tarragon, and chill before serving, if desired.
