 Bran1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rolled oats1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wheat germ1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lecithin1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sunflower seeds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon (15 ml) brewer's yeast
 1 teaspoon (5 ml) bone meal (optional)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Break the soy flakes in a blender.

MAKING
2.Take a large bowl and put bran, rolled oats, wheat germ, soy flakes, lecithin granules, sunflower seeds, brewers yeasr and bone meal.
3.Put the bowl in the refrigerator after stirring the ingredients well.

SERVING
4.Toss over chopped apples with raisins, sliced bananas and chipped nuts as garnish.
