Dutch Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Gouda cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Parsley | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of onion powder | ||
| Wheat crackers | ||
Directions
Cut a small lid from top of cheese.
Scoop out cheese, leaving a thin but sturdy wall 1/4 to 3/8-inch thick.
Grate cheese into pea-sized chunks in blender or food processor .
Add enough mayonnaise to make a thick but spreadable consistency .
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture back into cheese shell, replace lid and chill.
