Dutch Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Gouda cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Pepper red | 1 | |
| 1 sweet dill pickle | ||
| Cucumber | 1 | |
| Apple | 1 | |
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Plain yogurt | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 2 teaspoons chopped dill | ||
| 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper and sugar | ||
Directions
Cut the cheese into strips.
Seed and dice the peppers; chop the pickle, dice the cucumber, and chop the apple.
Mix together the prepared cheese, ham, peppers, pickle and apple.
Blend together the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice and horseradish.
Add the dill and season with the salt, pepper and sugar.
Mix the salad ingredients with the sauce and leave to chill for 30 minutes.
