Duo Cheese Dip Recipe


Main Ingredient


 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour3 Tablespoon
 Grated onion1 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper sauce1⁄4 Teaspoon (Bottled)
 Freshly ground black pepper1 Dash
 Beef bouillon cube1
 Boiling water1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
 Process cheese spread4 Ounce, shredded
 Process swiss cheese4 Ounce, shredded


In blazer pan of chafing dish melt butter over direct heat; blend in flour, onion, hot pepper sauce, and pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add to flour mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add cheeses; heat, stirring constantly, till melted.
Keep warm over hot water.
Serve with fully-cooked ham cubes, garlic bread sticks, rye melba toast, or rye crackers.
