Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
| Matzo meal | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup Fleischmann's Margarine | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 2 cans chicken soup | ||
Directions
Pour boiling water over Matzo meal and stir until all is absorbed.
Mix next five ingredients in a bowl.
Add to Matzo mixture and chill for 1/2 hour.
Then roll into 1" balls (with hands).
Heat soup to boiling, then reduce heat.
Drop balls gently into soup.
Simmer until thoroughly cooked.
Do not cover, for 18-20 mins.
Drain and remove to platter.
