Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 3 tsp. diet margarine | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Combine flour and baking powder.
2. Cut in margarine thoroughly.
3. Add milk and stir. Always drop dumplings into boiling liquid.
