Dumpling Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Beefsteak | 2 Pound, chopped | |
| 3 large onions, chopped fine | ||
| 5 tomatoes, skinned and chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika to taste | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato quarters for garnish | ||
| Parsley for garnish | ||
| Onion rings for garnish | ||
Directions
Mix the meat with the onions and tomatoes.
Add the salt, pepper, and paprika.
Form the ground beef into a large round dumpling and set it in a well-greased casserole.
Dot the top of the dumpling with specks of butter.
Bake it at 400°F for 1 hour.
Decorate the finished dumpling with tomato quarters, parsley, and onion rings.
