Dum Aloo Recipe
Ingredients
250 gms. small potatoes
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Directions
Parboil the potatoes and peel them.
Heat the ghee on a moderate fire and fry the cumin seeds.
Add the potatoes with, turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
Keep stirring for five minutes.
