Duly Bread Recipe

Ingredients
| Dry yeast | 1 | |
| Warm water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 Cup Cream Cottage Cheese | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Unbeaten Egg | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill seed | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 1/4 Cups Flour, or more | ||
Directions
Fix yeast first by combining it in a bowl with the 1/4 cup warm water.
Soak for 5 minutes.
Combine in a bowl, all ingredients, adding the yeast and flour to make a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
For about 30 to 60 minutes.
Work down, put in a greased 8 inch casserole or a 2 quart dish.
Let rise until light.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Butter the top with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
