Directions

Heat dry skillet over medium heat.
Add nuts or seeds, to cover bottom of skillet.
Stir constantly with wooden spoon until lightly browned.
Once hot, seeds will burn very quickly, so watch carefully.
Seeds may start popping like popcorn.
Remove seeds from pan as soon as they are roasted or they will continue to roast in the hot pan.
