Ingredients

 Turnips450 Gram, peeled
 50g ghee or 75g butter
 Onion1 , sliced
 1 green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1

Directions

Slice the turnips into rounds and cook in 50ml boiling water until tender and dry.
Heat the ghee or butter in a pan and fry the onion until light brown.
Add the chilli, turnips, garam masala and salt to taste.
Taste and add the sugar, if it is being used.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
