 Sesame seeds1 Teaspoon (For pastry)
 Pinch of soda bicarb
 Milk3 Tablespoon (For pastry)

 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)
 Milk powder3 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Roasted sesame seeds1 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Almonds2 Tablespoon, chopped (Filling)
 Raisins2 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Pistachios2 Tablespoon, chopped (Filling)
 Walnuts2 Tablespoon, chopped (Filling)
 Cashewnuts7 (Filling)
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)

Directions

Sieve flour, salt and soda bicarb together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix seasame seeds to it.
Put butter in the flour and mix for 10-12 minutes till it resembles bread crumbs.
Knead the flour to a stiff dough with milk.
Roll out the dough into 1/2 cm thick pastry slightly bigger than the pie dish.
Put the pastry in the pie dish covering the sides of the dish.
Mix milk powder and sugar with the warm milk.
Put all the dryfruits except cashewnuts in the milk mixture.
Pour this over the pastry.
Decorate with chashewnuts.
Bake in the oven at 220° C for 20 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove from the pie dish.
