 Onions3 Small
 Chutney1 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Ounce
 1 lb. cooked fish or shell fish
 Coconut1 Tablespoon, desiccated
 Apple1 , finely chopped
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Salt1 Pinch
 Boiled rice
 Curry powder1/2 Tablespoon

Directions

Peel and slice the onions.
Fry them brown in the butter.
Add the coconut, apple, salt, curry powder, and chutney.
Stir and heat until it is a deep brown.
Add the fish and heat gently for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and serve with the boiled rice.
