Dry Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 3 Small | |
| Chutney | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Ounce | |
| 1 lb. cooked fish or shell fish | ||
| Coconut | 1 Tablespoon, desiccated | |
| Apple | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Boiled rice | ||
| Curry powder | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Peel and slice the onions.
Fry them brown in the butter.
Add the coconut, apple, salt, curry powder, and chutney.
Stir and heat until it is a deep brown.
Add the fish and heat gently for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and serve with the boiled rice.
