Ingredients

 250 grams any dry fish of your choice
 Red chillies6
 1 tblsp. each of cumin seeds and peppercorns
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Lime-sized ball of tamrind
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Roast the fish to a red colour and grind to a paste with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with curry and rice.
