Ingredients

* 4 Rib Eye Steaks

* 4 Tablespoons Whiskey or Brandy

* 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

* 1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar

* Pepper

Directions

Make a few cuts along the edge of the steaks and place in a shallow dish.

In a bowl mix the whiskey or brandy, soy sauce, brown sugar, and pepper to taste, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the liquid over the steak, cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.

Preheat the grill to high heat in one zone and medium heat in another zone.

Grill the steaks on oiled grates over the hot zone for about 2 minutes on each side.
Then move them to the cooler zone and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until cooked to your desired doneness.
