Drunken Melon Balls or Boozy balls Recipe Video
Summer is here and is my house so are these partially frozen, sweet melons balls lightly enhanced with pineapple juice, triple sec and raspberry vodka....I don't know too many parties or gatherings where drunken melon balls WOULDN'T be welcomed!
Directions
MAKING
1. Sliced and deseed fruit. Use a melon baller to form the balls. If possible, you can also use a knife to create evenly sized melon pieces.
2. Mix the liquids and soak the balls in the liquid for 24 hours. Preferably freeze to get a better taste and texture.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled
NOTE
If you are making this recipe when melons are out of season (which I highly do not recommend) or are not as sweet, you may need to add some simple syrup (sugar water) to the mixture. Don’t use super ripe fruit that is mushy. It will be just fall apart on you.
