Drunk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1 3 Lb. Fryer, cut up
3 Thighs or 2 Chicken Breasts, skin removed
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Seasoned Pepper
1 Large Yellow Onion
2 Lemons
1 Large Orange
1 Fifth Chablis Wine
1 Cup White Vinegar
3/4 to 1 Lb. Spaghettini (small)
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
1 Can Artichoke Hearts, quartered and drained
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Romano Cheese
Directions
Remove skin from chicken.
Salt & pepper the chicken.
Heat garlic cloves in oil.
Add chicken and brown 20 to 30 minutes.
Layer in deep casserole, starting with the chicken.
Place slices of onion, lemon, orange on next; repeat until ingredients are used.
Add chablis and vinegar to cover.
Simmer until tender, about 30 to 40 min.
Meanwhile, boil spaghettini until not quite done.
Rinse and drain.
Add to chicken until hot or may sit with chicken to flavor.
Add remaining ingredients at the same time.
