 8 large chicken drumsticks or thighs
 3 medium-sized fennel bulbs
 2 medium-sized carrots, thickly sliced
 1 chicken-flavor bouillon cube or envelope

Directions

1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine and salad oil, cook chicken drumsticks until browned on all sides.
