Directions

As the dried peel of citrus fruit has a stronger flavour than fresh peel, it should therefore be used in very small quantities.
You may sun dry the peels or place them in a very cool oven (120 °C, 250°F, gas mark 1/2 ) for 3*4 hours.
Turn the heat off and allow it to remain in the oven overnight.
How to use: Dried peel is usually soaked for 30 to 45 minutes before using.

I think you mean 45gms..which seems a lot. Since orange peel has a very strong flavor it is always used in small quantities...something like 2gm to 5gm. Please review the recipe before preparing it.
