Directions
Reserve this water to be used when cooking.
Place fruit in cooker and pour water in which it soaked over it, adding water, if needed, to make 3 cups.
Close cover of cooker; put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Add sugar to taste, if desired.
