Dried Beef Bake Recipe
This Dried Beef Bake recipe is one of the gems from my family cookbook. The key ingredient here is Beef. Not trying out this Dried Beef Bake after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
2 cups macaroni, uncooked
4 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salad oil
1/4 pound dried beef
1/2 pound Colby cheese, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 -ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10 1/2 -ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
Directions
Combine macaroni, water and oil in 3-quart casserole.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on HIGH, or until macaroni is beginning to soften.
Drain.
Add dried beef, cheese, onion, eggs, soups and milk.
Mix together carefully.
Cover.
Microwave 10 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture is bubbly and noodles fully cooked, stirring twice.
