 Lemon1/2 , thinly sliced
 Dried prunes package1
 Dried apricots package1
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water10 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a deep casserole, place thinly sliced lemon, prunes, apricots, raisins and water.
2) Fold in sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon.

MAKING
3) Microwave at HIGH for 15 minutes until the mixture starts boiling.
4) Cook for another 13 minutes until it thickens by stirring every 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Sprinkle additional cinnamon powder for extra flavor, before serving.
