Dried Fruit And Nut Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Almonds | 1 1/2 Ounce, slivered | |
| Sunflower seed - 1 1/2 teaspoons, shelled | ||
| Coconut | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, shredded | |
| Ready-to-eat crunchy nutlike cereal nuggets - 3/4 ounce | ||
| Apricot | 6 | |
| Dark raisins | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Heat a 9-inch nonstick skillet.
2. Add almonds and sunflower seed; stir constantly and toast over medium heat for about 2 minutes until almonds begin to turn golden.
3. Stir in coconut and cook for another 30 seconds.
FINALISING
4. Remove the mixture to a medium size mixing bowl.
5. Add rest of the ingredients and toss well.
6. Allow the mixture to cool down.
SERVING
7. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container to store.
