Dried Beef Roulades Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese | ||
| 1 teasp. bottled horseradish | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Beef slice | 12 , dried | |
Directions
Blend the cream cheese, horse-radish, and onion, then add salt to taste, and the pepper.
Spread each slice of dried beef with some of this cheese mixture, then roll tightly and secure each with a toothpick.
Makes 12 roulades.
Thin slices of bologna, salami, canned pork and ham loaf, or cooked ham may be substituted for the dried beef.
