Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add the raisins and cover till plump.

MAKING
2) Drain the raisins.
3) In a Dutch oven, heat the turkey fat.
4) Add the onion and celery and sauté.
5) Add in the bread and toss.
6) Add in the seasonings, sugar, stock, olive liquid, vinegar and olives.
7) Stir in the raisins.

SERVING
8) Add over roast turkey and serve.
