1 (18 ounce) bottle commercial barbecue sauce with onion bits

2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Dash of hot sauce

Use sauce to baste chicken or lamb when grilling.
