Bake Petits Choux.
Cool slowly away from draft.
Cut off tops with sharp knife.
Scoop out any filaments of soft dough; fill each generously with ice cream.
Place in freezer; place half the puffs in 4-quart bowl.
Spoon half the whipped cream over puffs; fold gently to combine puffs and cream.
Repeat with remaining puffs and cream.
Pour into 3-quart bowl.
Drizzle Chocolate Sauce over top; swirl to give marbled effect.
