Dragon Fruit Smoothie (Pitaya or Pinkberry) Recipe Video

Dragon Fruit Smoothie has a quite interesting and unique taste. There are several versions of this fruit and they come in a variety of colors internally and externally. For example, there is a yellow dragon fruit with white flesh on the inside and there is a pink dragon fruit with red/purple flesh on the inside. The crazy thing about this fruit is that it is very ostentatious. However, it is not as sweet as strawberries and not as sour as kiwis. If you never tried it before, it is one of those fruits that you should definitely try out. They are widely-grown and available in tropical areas of the world. I hardly ever see them sold so when it is available at the grocery market, I get it.
