Ingredients

| Green bell pepper | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |

| White kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Pork tenderloin | 10 Ounce, trimmed | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Barbecue sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Spray large saucepan with vegetable cooking spray. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add beans, soup, pork, brown sugar, barbecue sauce and salt; cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve with tomato wedges, if desired.
