1 package (18.5 ounces) devils food cake mix with pudding
 
2 packages (6 ounces each) semisweet chocolate pieces
 
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Directions

Bake cake in baking pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, as di rected on package.
Sprinkle hot cake with chocolate pieces; cover with baking sheet.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until chocolate pieces are soft.
Spread chocolate to frost cake.
Sprinkle with nuts.
