Ingredients

 
6 slices brown bread
 
2 tsp butter
 
1 small cucumber, sliced
 
1 big tomato, sliced
 
3 tsp green chutney (grind 100 gm coriander and 100 gm mint leaves in a mixer with salt, pepper and the juice of 1/2 a lime)
 
3 tsp ketchup 3 cheese cubes
 
2 tbsp coconut, grated
 
Salt and pepper as required

Directions

On one slice of bread, apply butter and on the second slice apply the green chutney.
Add the sliced cucumber and tomatoes and make a sandwich.
On top, add the grated cheese and grated coconut, salt and pepper and close with another slice of bread on which ketchup has been spread.
Cut into small triangles after cutting the sides.
